I use this for one of my smaller tanks. It is nearly silent with great airflow in use with a submersible sponge filter. Well constructed and well worth the cost.

Pros:It is quieter than others if this size I have tried. It does still vibrate when on a surface, just not horrible. I hung it from its cord so it did not contact anything and it is even better. I have had pumps that even doing this would not help.It is quiet enough where I can watch TV in the same room as long as it hangs. I am not unhappy.Cons:A little weak. It cannot push air through the provided check valve. I did make sure it was pointed the correct way. Once I took it off, it was able to push air through the provided bubble stone. The tank I have this in is a 20 long so I do not know how strong it will work with deeper tanks.Not the quietest but better than many.

I got this for my 10 gallon tank- it’s compact and quiet- perfect! It also came with a nice soft flexible air tube, as well as a little back flow stopper and a suction cup holder to keep the air hose in place in your tank. Seems just as good in quality as the name brand pumps at pet stores.

It's not the most advanced pump on the market, nor the quietest, but it works right away, simply plug and play. I just really hope someday we can all use USB-powered air pumps, especially for smaller pumps like this one; the 110V AC is just outdated and cumbersome.On hard surfaces, it still vibrates a little bit, but that's just physics. Additionally, the tube provided kinked and was kind of hard to restore to shape, but that's not the fault of the pump itself.

So i didn't get this to use in an aquarium but into a DWC hydroponics setup to add oxygen to the water for the roots. It is fairly easy to setup, basically just like any normal air pump. I already had some extra long airstones that I used with it. The pump is fairly quiet but not so quiet you can't tell when its running.

This aquarium air pump by UPETTOOLS is great! When it arrived, it was in a plain white box. Inside the box, you will find the black air pump, tubing for the air pump, an air stone to attach to the tubing (to add to your aquarium), suction cups to hold the tubing to the side of the aquarium, and a check valve for the tubing. You will also find inside the box a small booklet with instructions on how everything works and fits together.This air pump is much smaller than I expected, which was very nice and convenient. The air pump is also quiet so far. I decided to give it a try because all the other ones I have ever tried seem to be pretty loud, but this one is pretty good so far. The overall quality of the air pump itself is also pretty good. The plastic is not cheaply made or pieced together and neither are all the materials that this aquarium air pump comes with.Overall, I am pretty happy with this air pump by UPETTOOLS. The quality is very good for the price point. The check valve is also a great addition to this aquarium air pump. For the price of $22.99 CAD, I think this set is worth trying if you are in the market for a new air pump for your aquarium. It comes with everything you need, which is the best part, as buying everything separately can become a bit pricey!

Out of the few air pumps I've used. This one is the loudest and vibrates the most. Even if the electrical cable vibrates, causing noise if it remotely touches something. I've already set it up, and I run it at night in my office, so it won't bother me. But I would never have this operating in a home setup.

This miniature pump fits well within the turtle tank. It can be easily hidden behing the decor. It seems strong enough to pish air in a small aquarium, but I woukdn't use in a medium to large aquarium. Perfect for amphibians.All in all, I highly suggest it.
