We ordered two cameras for our 5 1/2 yo and 3 yo granddaughters. Both cameras took great pictures outdoors and indoors in bright lighting but can't backfill in low lighting. The viewer is a perfect size and the buttons are easy to use. Both were 3/4 charged out of the box, everything that was supposed to be in the box was there, and everything was in new, working condition. There is no music on the camera and opening the app does nothing. The camera can record audio, like in videos, but the playback on the camera is poor; however, when you upload the files to a PC the audio is great. You can't delete a single photo from the camera, because you'll delete ALL of them. To delete one or more, insert the memory card into the USB card reader and open the files on a PC, and then delete the ones you don't want. When you reinsert the card into the camera, you'll be left with just the ones you want. The viewer isn't a touch screen but the 5yo quickly grasped using the arrows up/down right/left. The 3yo remained frustrated by it (she only knows how to swipe through pictures and take pictures on an iPhone). They LOVED the cameras, especially taking selfies and pictures with frames! TIPS: Be sure to familiarize yourself with the functionality before handing it off, so when they think they're finished playing with it, you can show them other features like selfies, viewing/playback, adding frames/graphics to a photo, zooming in/out, and 3 games: Snake(?) Tetris, and Push Box, all of which are too difficult for young ones. We ordered the same color so the girls didn't debate who uses which color, and we told them they were Grandma and Grandpa's, but they could use them at our house, so they didn't cry to take them home. These were worth every penny and will keep them occupied for years to come!

Such a perfect gift for my niece. She loved having her own that she can carry around and snap pictures with. Shes 6 and she was able to understand the settings on her own. The quality is good, it’s light weight but the picture quality is what you would expect for a $20ish camera for a kid. Overall, I’d recommend!

Good camera. 20 Years ago this would have been very expensive, but now a feature packed camera is available for your young one! Some of the features may be too advanced for smaller kids, but this is a great camera to learn to frame a picture and take the shot. We have not used them all yet, as the child I got this for is only five, but sio far, she is having a ball with it!

My granddaughter had asked me a couple of weeks before Christmas if I had a digital camera she could have. So I dug out my old Kodak digital but unfortunately it wouldn't hold a charge and the screen was cracked. I got on Amazon and found this, the perfect camera for her. She loves unicorns and her favorite color is purple. She can play games on this, shoot video or photos and the silicone case keeps it safe. Also the strap let's her carry it around her neck so she's always ready lol. Great gift especially for the price!

Better pic quality than I expected. Son loves it and despite a few drops already the case absorbs the shock.

Pics are grainy and after you take a pic, it goes away so fast before you can decide if you like the pic or not. But it’s cute and he loves the idea of having his own Dino camera. He’s about to be 6 next week.
