I think that the product will work but obviously an outer part was damaged. Cannot get amazon to replace part and they want a credit card to send a replacement

Knobs we're dented. Received a replacement and several knobs were dented as well. I was able to have enough usable ones between the 2 shipments.

When I ordered from this listing, it was a swing and fold out arm style clothes rack that mounts to the wall. Now its a more static rack style. Some of the reviews here are for the arm and not for this new version.

This is an extendable, folding, drying rack. It comes with adhesive to mount it to the wall instead of using screws, but I would highly recommend using screws. The “gears†on the pivot points are made of rubber (see photo). While there are positive stops along the gears, they are easy to pivot. Therefore, while the listing shows one possible configuration is vertical, it would not be practical because some weight on the end of the rack will cause it to pivot downwards. It’s really only a rack you can use horizontally.

Impressed with the design of the arm with the friction pushing the gear joints together. It is tough enough to hold the angle, but not enough that you worry about ripping it off the wall. My concern is that when fully extended, I can notice the arm is not entirely straight and curves slightly upwards. I can understand if this was meant to balance out the possible sag, but still worries me nonetheless.
