Item came without the promised instructions but the video for the item can be stopped with 1 sec remaining and there is a picture of the instructions that can be read if viewing on full screen. Otherwise set was complete and works well. Saved a very expensive recliner from the landfill.

Why Lazy Boy would build a chair with plastic parts where these parts go is beyond me, but they did. My Grandmother is 96 years old and her chair broke and when I was able to look at it, these are the parts it needed. After watching video after video I was freaking out because I have a bad back and am unable to do many things. Most kits require you to almost completely disassemble the chair, removing the side pulling bars and all kinds of other things out. The way this kit is built, you don’t have to do all that. Since this kit comes apart, you can just remove the plate and put it on and you’re done. Just make sure you have the square bar lined up correctly and it’s a 10 minute fix. Definitely recommend

Something went "pop" underneath my leather LazBoy powered recliner and then it died. I laid the recliner to see what happened. One plastic part broke. I was confident that others had experienced the same failure and that my local LazBoy store would likely have the part available. I went to the store and was told that they didn't have any parts but did give me the toll free number for the LazBoy Comfort Care customer service. I called the number and after being on hold for over 2 hours during the next two days. That's when I got on Amazon and got these parts the next day. Great aluminum parts and after reading the instruction sheet several times, bingo. Nap time is back!

this kit nice and easy fit prevent theowner from remove the fabric on sidepanel when original plastic is used !time total saved with this one here3-4 hours of installation
