Touch screen works perfectly. The only thing that sucked was that there was a lot involved in taking apart the module to access and remove the old touch screen. Other than that, it was a perfect fit!

Dealer wants $1,500.00. To replace this and anyone that owns a Cadillac had I'm sure had this replaced on multiple occasions.If you can follow instructions and take your time even with no experience I believe you could do this.Great price, worked great and only took about an hour or so too remove from car and replace.Very happy hope it holds up better than the OEM one.

The first time I had to have this touchscreen replaced, it was under warranty. Years later, with no warranty, it would be 1200.00 from the Cadillac dealer. I'm pretty handy, so I watched a few YouTube videos, and it took me about 2 hours, but I was in no rush and did not mix up the screws. You need to remove molding and side panels to get to it. If you are reading this, you already think you can replace it, so Go For It! They give you the tools you'll need except the screwdriver. It comes well-padded and protected in the mail. In dismantling it, I found a wire the dealer neglected to hook back up. There were a couple of tricky parts, but if you take your time and have no distractions, It's a cakewalk to do on your own but with a couple more hands to help with the side panels.

I ordered two of these to fix two different vehicles. I have installed screens before. I installed one and it did not work. I installed the second screen on the same unit and it didn't work. I started questioning if there was a problem with the unit so I installed the screens on the second unit. They didn't work on that one either. I ordered from a reputable company (Cuescreens). Worked great the first time. Wasted hours of my time and now they say it is too late to return them. I contacted the company but no one replied.BEWARE!

Works great. Just prepare for the process to take longer than you think. It took me a total of about 2 hours to complete the replacement. Had to take the dashboard apart. Remove the stereo system. Take it apart. And put it all back together. If you are not handy, I don’t recommend this for you. Find someone who is and pay to have it done. Work was completed on a 2016 Escalade. I recommend find a good video online that walks you through the process with exact type car you have.

Installed the screen and it worked fine. The plastic tools were very useful. Followed a video on YouTube where everything was step by step. Only problem was it was more expensive from other vendors, but in the comments it said that they checked every screen before shipping to you. This is a complicated and time consuming job so I thought that was an important factor.
