As a person who is 6'5, most gym equipment is not made for someone with my wingspan in mind. So, with that said, of course, I will choose the Dumbbell Bench Press over the Barbell Bench Press. It feels more natural for me; however, when you start getting past 70 lbs per dumbbell, it starts to get kind of difficult to get my position right in the process of hoisting the weight up. So far, I have zero complaints, and since I use the Kensui aluminum adjustable handles, they fit nicely and sung in there without having a need for the straps. Which is something I'll probably do later as the weight goes up

Ohp is my weakest lift. I am a shy person and do not always ask for a spot. This device has helped add 5lbs to the weights i lift especially on bench press as well. It is cumbersome to use at first but once you get used to it, it adds confidence and strength. Wish i knew about this sooner. Material is very sturdy and can hold up yo more than what i lift

These were a game changer for me! I injured my left shoulder a few years ago at a gym doing the usual "kick the dumbbells up from my knees" into place. Ever since, I haven't used heavy dumbbells for flat and incline presses because of fear that I would aggravate my shoulder again trying to kick them up into place. This product solved that problem entirely. It took a short time to get used to these since the straps and hooks stay on the dumbbells as I'm using them. And it takes a little time getting them setup and removing them each time. But it's well worth the little extra time. I definitely recommend them.

Preliminary tests indicate they should work foe the intended purpose at least for 70lbs I tested, whether that remains same for 120lbe dumbells I will see, but for now I will give a good review...Time will tell if it's cheaper than it seems to stand up to consistent abuse by high weights

Order a pair took 3 weeks to arrived and only got 1 handle, 3 weeks on I'm still waiting for the 2nd handle after multiple emails I've now been told that the new one has been lost. I've been offered a 50% refund! I handle is absolutely pointless and I'm not even getting my money back because I've had one handle. Absolutely ridiculous might as well throw it in the bin as can't use 1 handle

Product arrived with just one hook, despite the description clearly stating it was for two hooks. So given that this item cannot fulfil it's purpose it's get less than one star. I would avoid buying, particularly as the issue is unresolved
