When I received this device I used it one time (and it does everything that it says that it will), but the power button would only work intermittently. Amazon would not do a "normal" return on the item, because I used the Affirm financing payment method. So, I contacted the Manufacturer in China via the tech email address on the back of each unit. After a couple of emails between myself and the Manufacturer, they agreed to send me a new device. I did have to verify that the old unit was enroute to them before they sent it out. But when they did, it got here within days.I fully charged it and used it the next day with no power button issues. Thank you to Wanlutech Tech Support!

Doesn’t work the Uniquiti UniFi cameras. I kept it because of cable test functionality.

This is hands down the most useful cable tester. I love that I can power an access point or camera from the unit using the built in POE.The other very useful function, is the HDMI & VGA input, making this a portable self powered monitor. I don't have to lug a monitor to plug into a headless server anymore!

I install cameras for a living and this is the best tool I have by far! Works as it should and makes my job easier. It’s worth the money especially if you work with cameras.

This was a lifesaver during an install with 30 cameras and over a mile of cable.HOWEVER, the one function I needed secondarily was cable testing and tracing. After a short while, the device will stop generating the tone, and requires a reboot to resolve until it stops generating again. I have contacted the manufacturer twice but there is no response. I cannot rate this more than two states due to the issues and lack of support to resolve them for such a costly product.
