Perfect replacement for my Atwood G6A water heater. It was 22 years old, and it needed replacing. It did not come with the needed Teflon tape that is required, but that costs less than $1 to purchase.Recommended that you buy (if you don't already have) the suggested valve replacement wrench with your purchase. I don't think that I would have been able to remove the old one and install the new one without it.

The original valve in my 1997 started leaking. Replaced with this one problem solved.

This worked for my RV water heater and was easy to install. Don’t forget to use Teflon tape on the threads, which was nicely included with the part.
