1.Unlock-Open
Turn the bottom small cover anticiockwise(use twofingers or hands)to the click
2.Stretching

Pull the cover with both hands And Rotate the fixed position counterclockwise (rotate clockwise to shrink)
4.Finish
Once it's fixed, just place it on a flat surface and it's ready to use

It took a little bit of doing to actually get it to where I wanted it. It seems like kept collapsing back-and-forth, but it is now set up to this height I want and I am very pleased with it. Size is right and the adjustability is great. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased this for using when I'm in a ridiculous cosplay (ie 2015 Cinderella) that makes sitting difficult in a queue or backstage for competitions. It folds small enough to easily fit in my handler's bag and is secure enough that I don't worry sitting on it as a plus size user. I also brought this to work often when doing overnight stocking and resetting of planograms and it has never given me any issues

I took this chair to an event where I would be pausing and on and off while my companion browsed. I wanted to be able to sit rather than stand in my downtime (due to a medical condition). It was lightweight and no trouble to carry next to my shoulder bag, very convenient to set up even if only for a few minutes' rest. I'd been looking at getting a walking stick that converts to a chair, but I don't really need support while walking, and this is hands free while not in use - I think it's a perfect in-between product. I'm glad I got it and hope it holds up! Great option for many POTS folks and the like!

Mais non, pas du tout, il est vraiment très résistant même au poids les plus lourds.Il est pratique car il se déplie et se replie facilement. Il est très léger et prends très peu de place lorsqu’il est replié. I dropped one star as it can be a bit hard for a person with dexterity issues. But it does take the weight and it is convenient.
