Saw other vendors selling for as much as $60 in Amazon and close to $100 outside Amazon. Some Amazon vendors sold this piece for less but I wanted to try this "Upgraded" version, which the seller suggests is stronger than the original OEM. I'm not certain the new one is very much stronger than the original part, though it seems it may be. (Of course, to fit properly they cannot make the parts any thicker but the plastic does seem tougher.) Working well so far, so I am very hopeful!

Bought to replace a broken shelf in refrigerator. Easy to replace. Fit the existing glass and looks good.

The item was shipped well-protected from damage. Even though it was the wrong part (I admit this mistake was made on my part), when I submitted the return, I received a message from the company, trying to assist me with getting the right part. This is superior customer service and had they had the correct part, I would've immediately just exchanged it. They were super helpful and provided me with the right part number so I could order what I needed. The part I did receive was of excellent quality and well-made. So, even though it didn't work for me, I have to give props when a company has amazing customer service like this.
