This wicker material has been used for almost several months, yet it remains as sturdy as new. The wicker material is environmentally friendly and pollution - free. Placed in the study, it is both practical and beautiful.

It has excellent waterproof and sunscreen effects. After being used for several months, there is no fading or deformation at all, and it is also very convenient to clean.

When used to make wicker flower baskets for flower arrangement, the texture of the wicker makes the flowers look more natural and elegant.

I had a father who lovingly attempted to teach me the art of hand caning. The soaking, the salting, the hand over hand to make the little hole in the center--I stunk at it. I did better with upholstery! I bought this product to try to revive a few post-Victorian walnut caned chairs. I think it will work and be much less fragile than the real thing. I honestly need to read more on how to use this product, but it is as described and looks amazingly close to the real thing. It is fragile and frays easily.

This Rattan is ok. The weave on it is nice and it's a good thickness, but it's not exactly held together well. Like any woven kind of materials, cut edges can unravel quickly. The ends are done up with a light whipstitch that isn't actually enough to keep it together during travel. It's also packed tightly rolled up, so you need to mist it with water and weigh it down in like 50 places and let it dry again. Doing that, then, mangles up the edges and makes them start to unravel. You're definitely going to lose quite a bit around the edges so make sure you buy way more than you need. That said, I stitched some Bias tape onto the freshly cut edges where I needed it to be and made liners for some wire baskets where we store fruit, and they do work ok. They're not as flat as I'd like, but they're alright.
