Works great and easy to install. The wall mounting was perfect as I didn't need to drill into my floor tiles, just modify my baseboard trim (which is much easier to repair/replace). Doesn't extend into the room nearly as far as other guides I saw, thus reducing the tripping hazard as it is for a door along the wall at the bottom of the stairs that has a steady flow of traffic. Build quality is solid. Metal where it counts and plastic on the roller to not damage the door.

This fits nice and works well easy installation. Doesn't stick out far so you won't stub a toe walking by this roller guide

Works fantastically when installing a barn door that does not have trim around the opening. My door hangs under 1" off the wall and this roller works perfectly.
