I am very pleased with the Urban Villa 20 x 20 dinner napkins in Taupe. The fabric is a medium weight, light enough to handle and fold easily, but still substantial. The finish is not flat but lightly textured, like a sight slubbing, which I like for the casual placemats with which I will pair these. At first washing the napkins held their size and shape; the well-sewn seams and mitered corners lay flat after washing (which can be a big problem with cotton napkins--no problem here!). While the medium taupe color is a bit more pinkish than I usually like, it works perfectly with the placemats I wanted to complement. These napkins are attractive, well-made, and a good value.

These cloths have a linen look which I like. They are a nice weight fabric and they wash well. You do have to iron them because they are 100% cotton.

I got these napkins to go with my August/September decor of sunflowers. The napkins are beautiful! I laundered them just before going out of town for a couple of days so they ended up staying in the dryer until now. After some of the reviews I read I thought I’d be pulling out a wrinkled mess but that was not the case. 90% of the time it will be just my husband and I using them, but for company I might iron the seems down. Other than that they look great. They are a generous size, soft, and not terribly off as far as the squareness goes. Folded carefully you cannot tell they aren’t perfectly square. Especially for the price, I am very pleased with my sunflower napkins!

I was hoping for nice heavy linen napkins like one finds in a high end restaurant. These are not. I kept them anyway because I like the colors (bought 3 colors) and they are not flimsy. After a first wash, they were very wrinkled. I spent hours ironing them. Now, I just smooth them out as soon as I take them out of the dryer and fold them. The wrinkles relax after a while. Food stains have lifted easily and the napkins did not shrink nor become askew. For everyday use, that’s good enough for me.

We live these napkins to dress our table. They look beautiful against our cream-colored dishware. We sometimes use these napkins with gold pineapple napkin rings which really steps up the tropical look. The cloth is sturdy and print is long-lasting. We’ve put these napkins through the washer and dryer many times and they still look beautiful. Would purchase again.

I bought this set to go with my existing red cloth napkins from World Market. They are almost an exact match in color, though the weave is different. They have a nice feel when in use. They held their dye well when washed for the first time.

This is my fav napkin brand. I've ordered them 3 times.Mine are at least a year old, and still look good. They wash well, they are a bit wrinkled but I lay them out flat and they aren't too wrinkled.They are nice size and weight. They embroider well. The navy is a nice dark navy.

These napkins are only ok. We are a cloth napkin family, so we have many different styles and colors for different seasons. The pattern on these is pretty but they are not truly square. Which makes napkin art a little tricky. There is one uneven edge that is off when folding. They are large which is nice. They are a bit thin for my liking,I have purchased from this brand before and the quality on these is definitely lacking. The wrinkle factor is not bad, (I iron my napkins anyway, or fold directly from dryer when still warm. This reduces wrinkles.) Of course if you dry everything on high heat and forget about it in the dryer, naturally you will get horrible wrinkles. They are absorbent 100 % cotton. I can't stand teflon napkins where you go to wipe your hands and the napkins just slide around. So all in all, They were pricey for the quality. I just won't use them as often.

These napkins are cotton and easy to look after and they are soft. I use them for breakfast, lunch and supper meals. The other reason why I like them is because they are big and real nice to use. I don’t have any dislikes for this item. As far as I’m concerned I’m very pleased I purchased them.

Great napkins! I have used this set for a couple of years for breakfast and it is still beautiful. Washes great and does not shrink when dried. Not heavy and thick like a dinner napkin so perfect for breakfast and lunch. Don’t hesitate to buy. Saved me tons of money from not having to use paper and helps the environment.

After decades of buying good paper napkins at a cost of about $100 per year, I finally wised up. Not only do these save money, they are much more environmentally friendly. Being 100% cotton they are very absorbent so you don't get that weird slippery polyester feel when you wipe your mouth with them, and it is also much easier to clean any stains that might happen. I opted for the taupe which is very neutral and goes well with everything in both my kitchen and dining rooms. The size is perfect, they washed up very well, and if you take them out of the dryer and fold them as soon as possible, a good folding and straightening by hand saves you from even needing to iron them (see photo). They are a wonderful product and a great value.
