It cleans my hand grinder well, and I’m sure it would work just as effectively on an electric grinder. Does a great job removing old coffee residue and keeping the grinder in top shape. A solid choice for regular maintenance.

Have used for years and works great. Just a capful in grinder run it through. I do recommend running a capful of coffee beans to flush out. Does not leave any taste.

I use the Baratza Vituoso grinder and am very happy with the quality and consistency of grind. It was time to clean the burrs and after a thorough disassembly and cleaning with a brush, there was still some grind and deposits on the burrs.I used this product. Easy to use and the result was clean burrs.My only negative is it seems like a rather expensive way to add some simple pellets to the grinder and get a cleaner burr.Another overpriced but effective coffee accessory.

Love this product for my grinder, and also the SuperGrindz version for my Jura superautomatic espresso machine.Using this on a regular basis allows me to go for longer periods before I have to take apart my grinder and give it a thorough cleaning. It's an excellent product, and its good to be able to have a use for stale beans to run through the grinder after this product goes through to get this product out.It's been an excellent addition to my coffee routine, and I highly recommend the SuperGrindz version if you have a superautomatic espresso machine as well.UPDATE:Reading some of the reviews here is a review of the reviewer, not the product. The product works.People saying it doesn't work with superautomatic espresso machines (like Jura) don't seem to understand Grindz isn't for that. That product is called SuperGrindz and has worked very well on my Jura for years.Here's an idea. Read the instructions.And yeah, don't add water to your grinder. Get a vacuum cleaner and hose up as best you can after, then don't worry about it. This is a cereal product and any slight residue you can't vacuum away will work it's way out in time as you use the grinder.This product has kept me from having to disassemble my Eureka grinders (both) for over two years now to give them a thorough cleaning. It works great, and that's why I'm here today reading these reviews from the people who can't be bothered to read instructions -- I'm ordering more, because it works.

That I've used for years to clean my grinder. Worked well to remove the oils that brushing doesn't get and keep the burrs clean.

Testé sur machine à grains JURA Ena 4. Il faut absolument régler la mouture du grain sur fin, sinon les grains nettoyants forment une sorte de pâte dure et bouchent la machine. Plusieurs nettoyages ont été nécessaires afin de nettoyer le compartiment du marc de café.

For approx 10 cleanings, these are a great deal & keep the grinder clean and the shots consistent.I got a 6 pack of individual cleaning doses with my grinder when I purchased it. After they were out, I didn't restock. A year goes by - four or so cleanings - without Grindz. Cleaning is getting harder with more oil, chaff that won't dislodge and more retention.I purchase these for less than a 4 pack of doses. I grind these through before I clean - the chaff is near black. The cleaning was much easier though, little retention and much less oil. The grinds are much more consistent and, perhaps only in my head, the grinder sounds happier. Well worth the price.
