I've used three times since buying last year. Not satisfied at all, I should have returned it. It seems like it gets the water so hot that it boils and shoots all over the place getting the piece of fabric I am steaming totally wet with water spots, not the steam I was expecting. I did not overfill it, so don't know what the problem is except for being a bad product.UPDATE 2/24/2025: After I wrote this review, the seller contacted me and offered a replacement. I have received that replacement and it works great! I must have had a lemon the first time around. So, rest assured you can count on this seller!

Heats up in very short order. Works like a charm. VERY HAPPY with my purchase.

This is a mini travel steamer, with a decent price. It doesn't work perfectly, but it gets the job done for small steaming projects. I was able to get through one dress and a dress shirt for a wedding before needing to get more water. If you don't hold it perfectly upright, it will spit some water on the clothes. I haven't noticed any leaking yet. It's lightweight and easy to pack.

Like the size for travel. Fit in carry-on suitcase. Small size, but worked well enough to steam wrinkles from dress, did have to refill, but not a problem. Would recommend.

I used a similar and larger version of this years ago from a different brand. It eventually stopped working, so I picked up a different style at a local Walmart that turned out to be awful (water never really drained when poured out, worried about it growing mold). I ordered this one because it was similar to my old one that I liked. I didn't realize this one is more of a travel size, but am pleasantly surprised that it works great. I learned that I don't need the bigger one for daily use, I almost never need this one to be full. The bonus is that it fits under my tiny bathroom sink perfectly.

This steamer changed my life. Keeping my family of 7 neat and unwrinkled was such a chore with an iron. Traveling and depending on hotel irons or nothing at all was not optimal. I bought this steamer to take on an overseas trip, but also began using it at home. It is such a time saver. It works on nearly every kind of wrinkle or fabric. It heats up quickly, which is great when steaming a lot of garments at a time. The on/off switch is in an easy to use position for when I need to pause while using it. The tank is big enough to last a good while. I can usually get more than one garment out of a single tank, but even when I have to refill it's really quick. I had very few problems with it spitting hot water. I just didn't fill it up all the way, leaving maybe half a centimeter empty from the fill line. It did occasionally spit, but I found if I held it at the right angle or moved more slowly, it wasn't much of a problem. Obviously it doesn't give a crisp finish, but it leaves garments looking good enough. Much faster than ironing, and since I used to use starch to help get wrinkles out, living without the burning and flecks that can leave behind is a plus. I was heartbroken when it started leaking a lot of hot water out the back near the bottom of the handle (probably through the hole for the plug). I don't think this is a flawed product. I think it was dropped and probably cracked then. I can't actually see any obvious crack, but the water leaks at the seams of the outer shell now. Bummer. Therefore, it's not as durable as I apparently need it to be, but it still works even with the substantial leak. It's probably not safe like that, so time for it to go. I liked this steamer so much, I ordered a new one. If this one doesn't develop a similar leak, I'll know it was user error. Great experience otherwise.

This steamer worked good for 1 year and then it started leaking water from the screw in the bottom. It also sometimes spit water out of the steamer while steaming, leaving a wet spot on the clothing.

love this thing. have wanted one forever and finally got it. I use it at home mostly and it works like a charm. heats up super fast, which is good because it's small and if you're planning on doing more than one item, you'll need to refill for each.

This product is great - definitely doesn't steam for long as mentioned but so small and actually an incredibly effective steamer! I am very happy with this purchase.
