Not enough weight in the front of the unit to overcome the tight pin that your pole connects to so you end up with the vacuum head not staying on the pool floor and scraping the bottom of the pool with the back of the head. OK if you are in the pool vacuuming so you can stay over the top but vacuuming from the outside doesn’t work. I’ll buy something else for next year.

The only thing I don’t like was the weight issue. It is not weighted enough to stay flat on the pool bottom. When vacuuming and pulling it backwards the front of the head flips upward.

I gave it a 4 because the the wide design causes the small particles on the bottom of my above ground pool to scatter into the current from the brushes that are mounted at the outer edges instead of being sucked up into the hose. I had to change my cleaning routine to eliminate that problem. I would buy it again

Not impressed with the brushes, it leaves stripes where it is missing stuff. Also, this thing may technically be weighted enough to stay at the bottom of a pool, but it is not easy to get it and a light weight aluminum pole full of air to go down.
