Excellent scale. Very accurate. To protect accuracy be careful not to overload it. Adding too much weight can cause problems.The clear plastic draft barrier is important because even breathing into it will cause the weight to change and if the air conditioner kicks on look out.I really like that it does not turn off until I push the off button. Very nice when you have a lot to weigh.

purchased to chop-up pills as US only allows 50mg NALTREXONE and MS & fibromyalgia LDN protocol call for 4.5mg. This unit is sufficient for this purpose as it reads 0.00X decimals and is sensitive enough to come very close. Actual 3 decimal with 0.001mg measurement are very expensive. Can be found less expensive but at sacrifice for delivery time. Use American Weigh Scales Calibration Weight Kit... or equal to obtain tighter calibration

I found it hard to get repeatable readings below about 10 mg. If that’s an important range for you, you might want to consider other options.

The plastic "windscreen" that comes with this balance was missing two pieces and could not be assembled. At the lower end of the weighing range the accuracy is poor and the weight value fluctuates, although I think that would improve if it were possible to assemble the windscreen. The seller promptly contacted me about the missing windscreen pieces and will replace. For the price - and with a functional windscreen - seems like a good product.
