I'll start with the fact that the seller made a slight inaccuracy in the description of this adapter. Instead of reading "US to Japan Plug Adapter," the name should read "Adapter for US, Japan Plug, Mexico, and Canada," since the plug of this adapter and the voltage of 110V it is designed for can be used in any of these four countries. More precisely, I would characterize this product as an Outlet Splitter with 2 USB-A and one USB-C ports. There is also another inaccuracy stated in the description. Of course, this adapter is not designed for 2.5 kilowatts as indicated. The seller multiplies 250V by 10A to get this power. This is absolutely wrong because the adapter itself is designed for a voltage of 110V. Moreover, on the adapter itself (if you can see it in my photo), it is indicated that it is designed for 125V 60Hz 15A. That is, for 1875 watts, like all standard adapters of this type. If the seller puts this item up for sale, he should describe its characteristics accurately and clearly.The convenience of this splitter is that by connecting to one socket, it allows me to connect up to three electrical devices in addition to the three USB ports it has. The USB-C port allows fast charging at 15 watts, just like the two USB-A ports, which can also output power at 15 watts. This is enough to simply connect the corresponding charging cable and charge iPad, iPhone, or other mobile devices at high speed. The adapter itself is relatively lightweight, made of durable matte plastic, and the design with rounded edges is very visually pleasing.I am lowering the rating of this adapter solely because of the technical illiteracy of the seller, although the product itself deserves all five stars.
