I love these. Nothing sticks ever. I bake all sorts of things besides cakes in them: bread, dutch babies, sweet rolls. Heavy and durable. Can't go wrong with them.

This is my second review for this company's cake pans. I really am impressed with these heavy duty non stick pans. I have baked for two special occasions with the pans, and the cakes were perfect. Hand wash is recommended by the company due to the non stick coating. Clean up was a breeze. They are obviously more pricey than others, but due to the quality, I feel they are worth the extra.

These are such beautiful pans to use for baking. The size is precise and 9†parchment rounds fit perfectly in them. They wash up beautifully and stay looking like new. I have three 9†and three 8†and use them often.

I love USA pans and have several. The first time I used them the cake layers did not slide right out like bread does. I loosened with a spatula and was able to get them out without much damage. They are slightly larger than your usual cake pan. I wish these pans were stackable.

These pans are excellent. Very easy to clean, my cakes were easy to remove. I did grease the pans first and then put in a circle of parchment paper and also greased the paper. The cakes cooked very well. When I took the cakes out and placed them on a wire rack to cool down, the pans cooled down quickly. The cakes came out of the pans no problem and nothing stuck. I washed the pans in my sink and there was no peeling or chipping of the pans. Very happy with my purchase.

Used my pans to make a layer cake and the outcome was perfect. Over the years, I've started collecting USA made cookware because they are GOOD! These round pans have a beautiful finish and you know ahead of time that your cakes aren't going to stick and fall apart once you take them out. Will purchase more...
