I received what I thought would be a 4 x 12 piece of uhmw... Or at least only smaller by the kerf of the saw blade required to cut it. What I did receive was 3 3/4" x 11 9/16. That's not close enough to call it 4 x 12, I would have expected no more than 1/8" tolerance.
