I purchased this charger/power adapter on Dec 31, 2023. It worked well initially, it stopped charging after 10 months. I know their guarantee which states "As a Professional Notebook Power Supplier, Our Products are in Compliance with Top Industry Standards, Include Numerous Safety Mechanisms, Including Protection Against Short Circuiting, Overvoltage, Overcurrent, and Internal Overheating. That's Why We Offer an Industry-Leading Return and Exchange Policy: Within 30 Days of Purchase. Additionally, LIFETIME from The Date of Purchase, We Will Exchange Your Product Should it Become Defective." I sent them a note and I thought I would never get a reply but I got a quick response and they promptly sent me a replacement. The excellent customer service has made me confident in this vendor, and I will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended for their support and service!

I bought this as I travel a lot for work and frequently lose my Lenovo charger. This one works just as good and charges quick. I wouldn’t know it was not a Lenovo. I recommend to anyone.

This charger worked for about a month. Then it got hot to the touch and stopped charging. Terrible product and cheap quality. No charger should work for a month and then die. Don't buy this one.What is most frustrating is it died literally days after the deadline to return it on Amazon closed.

I'll up the rating to a 5 if it continues to function as it is now. The original charger from Lenovo is far more expensive yet has a design fault in the way the plug to the computer connector is made. Structurally if is highly subject to wear and tear and premature failure. This charger's connector seems far sturdier so I am hopeful. A good buy, I believe--regardless.

I needed a 65w charger for my laptop. I ordered this one and it arrived quickly. It works really well. The 4 star instead of 5 might be unfair because I rated it that way because it is a "little" bulky. I believe all chargers probably would be. In either case, I recommend this charger.
