Works with a PD AC usb c compatible charger or a PD power bank with a usb c cord to keep my Pixel phone charged while listening to music with my headphones or earbuds connected to a portable dac/amp.Edited on 4/29/24: Data pass through no longer works, item will be replaced by Amazon. Will try a replacement only once more, disappointed…

Nicely made. Does not claim to work with Samsung android and it doesnt. The charger passes through ok. It even charges fast. The first bullet in ad says headphone. The second bullet says data. No data on Samsung Android.Update. Make that 5 stars. The only thing I really wanted was to charge while ethernet tethering. That works fine. Super-remote internet access all day every day.

Tried this on both my Samsung S23 Ultra phone and Samsung tab E to connect to my projector. The power cable works. The cable to sync the devices, did not. It seems like it would recognize that there was a device connected for a few seconds, then go back to no signal.I do not recommend this product.

It is very good for me, because I listen to my music with my ear buds. The one with the wire, not the Bluetooth kind. This way I am able to listen and charge my phone at the same time. I love it.

I purchased this to connect an iPad to a digital piano data connection while also charging the iPad. For that purpose I can say it works great.

The adapter works fine to power the phone and listen to headphones. I was trying to listen to music stored on a USB-C thumb drive connected to my phone in my car. My car stereo didn't recognize the phone with a the adapter plugged in so I had to use Bluetooth to listen to music. Once I unplugged the splitter to go back to wired Apple Car Play, the car stereo didn't recognize the phone. No power to the phone and no connection. I had to restart the phone and the turn the car off and back on to get back to my normal Apple Car Play. Plus, the phone imports the music files from the USB-C thumb drive anyway so it was an exercise in futility, at least the way I was hoping to use the adapter.

I’ve been using a HiBy R6 Pro II DAP as my network streamer in my speaker chain for a couple of months now, but whenever I wanted to do critical listening, I had to disconnect the DAP from its power source in order to hook the DAP up to my Gustard U18 DDC because the singular USB-C port on the DAP is the only port for both, power and bitperfect digital audio. I use a DDC to convert digital source material to I2S which is how I send my music into my DAC (Musician Draco).With this wonderful cable, I am able to keep my DAP charged while simultaneously keeping the DDC attached and receiving audio. This way I can listen all day and not worry about running out of battery in my DAP, or compromising on sound quality (when using the HiBy CR06 dock, it keeps the DAP charged, but can only send audio out either by crappy optical S/PDIF or coaxial S/PDIF, which would have to go straight to my DAC, bypassing my DDC and the superior I2S transport).

The main purpose for this is to run a SSD enclosure to a Android device. A direct connect doesn't give the SSD enclosure enough power [15 watts > x] so this cable allows the storage to become readable when using a fast charger. I did a transfer test. 32 MBps. Too slow. I was expecting 300 MBps. This is an M2 SSD by the way. At that limit, might as well be a USB thumbstick.

I can confirm that this device as of November 2024 works with the Meta Quest 3 to allow charging the unit (slow charge confirmed) and read an attached USB-C memory card. To allow for watching a movie stored on an external memory thumb drive while still being charged using an external powered headband. It did not work with another product I tried.

Acheté pour utiliser un casque avec d’ongle en usb-c en même temps que la recharge. Fait parfaitement le job ne bride pas le chargeur.À voir dans le temps !(Bonus : arrive bien emballé pour un simple câble)
