It's an interesting small splitter and good that it has a status LED visible from both sides.ProsSmall and has an LED.USB 2 data passed through ok to a flash drive. Some power can pass through IF connected the right way, in the one way that works.Cons:No way can it transmit or handle 100 watts for several reasons.1. When running with even 5 -10 watts to a 5V device it gets very hot and drops the output voltage.2. It seems to have problems handling 5V devices and it gets very hot with a 5 watt load at 1 amp. it dropped the voltage from 5V down to 4.2V when running at 5 watts.3. Using a 9V, 12V, 15V and 20V capable power supply it still remains at the 5V slow rate and won't switch to 12V, 15V or 20V on some devices. It's hit or miss depends how it communicates. Most of my devices can't talk to (through) this charger and they end up at 5V rates. It appears that the data for controlling charge rates does not pass through in some cases. On the other hand I was able to get it to support 9V operation on a cell phoneand a large portable 20,000mAHr battery negotiated 12V and a 20 watt rate which worked.Clearly it can communicate with some devices properly. Most devices i have will drop to a 5V rate when this splitter is inline. As soon as I unplug this splitter then it jumps back up to the full charge rate of 20W, 30W, 45W or 65W.How they get 100 watts through it is a mystery.I haven't seen that work, but I've only tried 6 devices and 9 power cords so far.Note that most USB power cords can't handle 100 watts even if the label says 100W or 240W.They can't do it since the wires are too thin. I've ordered a lot of power cords to find a few good ones.

This 2 in 1 USB-C splitter is not only powerful, it is tiny. The compact design compares to the size of a quarter. I took a picture so you could get an idea of just how tiny it is. On the front of the device is a minuscule hole that allows you to attach the provided strap. There is a clasp on one end that you can clip onto the hole. Or, you can attach the strap thru the hole. In order to do that, I had to thred a very thin needle and tie the thred to the stap. Then you can slip the needle through the tiny hole. This will allow you to pull the strap through thr hole. It was a bit tricky, yet doable. O the front of the splitter is a green light that illuminates when it is making a proper connection to the host device. And exceptional feature to ensure it is working properly. The host device,( what you are plugging the splitter into), charges at the same time with the full 100 watts of power. This splitter also uses an intelligent DAC chip. This is a digital to analog converter. This is a device that converts a digital audio information into an analog signal for stable and crystal clear audio. This device has universal compatibility with many iPhone and Android models. There is a complete list in the manufacturers description of the product. I am using it on an Samsung S22+, and it works flawlessly. Overall, this is just about one of the most helpful devices to have handy. It works beautifully and the price is exceptional. I absolutely recommend it 👌.

Literally useless. I plugged it into my iPad: it didn’t take power in, and didn’t send data out. 100% complete waste of time and money.

This is a great, compact splitter. It came with a little leash, but I couldn’t figure out how to attach it. I don’t remember it being in the product details, so figured it was a bonus. That’s why I did not deduct a star. The first time I plugged it into my phone, it seemed like it wasn’t going to fit. The metal wasn’t long enough to click into my phone with a case. I tried it again & “click”, it worked. I just had to focus. Since then, it easily clicks into my phone or kindle. Hopefully it lasts a long time!

This adapter features dual USB-C ports with each serving a dedicated function; the PD side does indeed accept up to 100W (check pic where I was charging my Asus G14 [albeit not completely drain or under heavy load] at 81.4W (18.8V x 4.33A).For the data connector, here are the use cases I tried and the results (H = Host this adapter was connected to | D = Connected device): - H: S22 Ultra | D: AKG USB-C earbuds = passed - H: S22 Ultra | D: USB Flash Drive = passed - H: S22 Ultra | D: Asus Z690-A USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port = failed (under USB settings, the USB is controlled by Connected device and will not allow me to switch to S22 as Host controller) - H: S22 Ultra | D: Asus Z690-A USB 3.2 Gen 2 port = failed (under USB settings, the USB is controlled by Connected device and will not allow me to switch to S22 as Host controller) - H: S22 Ultra | D: USB-C/HDMI cable to TV = failed - H: AMD V3 tablet (USB4) | D: USB Flash Drive = passed (confirmed USB 3.2 speeds) - H: AMD V3 tablet (USB4) | D: S22 Ultra = passed - H: Asus Z690-A USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port / D: S22 Ultra = failed (I also get warning on the S22 Ultra that it detected moisture in the charging port – very weird…) - H: Asus Z690-A USB 3.2 Gen 2 port / D: S22 Ultra = passed

For those of you that are looking for a solution to charge your device while plugging in a DAC this is for you! I'm pairing this with my s24 ultra and my Snowsky Retro Nano DAC/AMP and I still get super clear quality while being able to maintain charging my phone. Since i've received this product i haven't bothered to remove it from my phone because of how convenient it is. A solid purchase for sure!
