I'm using it with Beatmaker 3 daw. It works great. I just plug in my headphones, MPC, and charger cable, and everything is working. I use skullcandy bud wired headphones, and it sounds great on my ipad. For the price it's worth it. GOOD FOR CONNECTING MUSIC CONTROLLER.

Worked as expected. Nice little adapter for choice of Jack, charging iPad while listening, or sharing audio with a partner. My husband and I enjoyed watching downloaded Netflix shows together on a recent long hall flight.Just be careful when choosing your adapters that you know both what headphone plug-in you need and what device plug-in you’ll be using. I had to buy different versions for my iPad and iPhone.

DO NOT BUY.it does NOT work. you are NOT saving money buying this. when i say it does not work i mean it came in the mail - NEW - and i tried to use it and it did not work at all. its junk.the USB port does not work at all. thats the main reason to buy it. to run a camera or data into the iphone. well - it does NOT work so dont waste your money. you will buy this and throw it in the trash immediately after trying to use it. SCAM item and it should be removed from amazon. the headphone port is trash and the usb c port is loose... its NEW and broken.DO NOT BUY IT.its cheap. it looks cheap. it feels cheap. and it DOES NOT WORK.youve been warned.

I wanted to use this to hook up a MIDI controller and wired headphones for playing around with music. It works for this task without issue.I used a pair of normal headphones, a Roland UM-1 mk2 cable (in "Tab" mode), and a random USB PD charger I had around. The audio had reasonable latency, the USB MIDI cable worked, and the USB PD charger was able to charge the tablet. All simultaneously. I used this on a iPad Air Gen 5.

NOTE: I contacted the seller, I'll revise my review if they respond.UPDATE 1: The seller contacted me and advised that I clean the dongle with rubbing alcohol, as dust may cause it to stop working... I, grudgingly, did so. No change. The USB port and headphones still work, the power doesn't. I tried this on all of my devices with multiple power adapters with no change. The seller then asked me to send a picture of one of my devices using the dongle and connected to power so they could see that it wasn't charging... I did... (eye roll). Waiting to hear back.UPDATE 2: The seller contacted me asking for my mailing address, and said they'll send a replacement. I'll add an update if/when it arrives.UPDATE 3: The replacement arrived. On this one the power works, but intermittently. I've tried the adapter on all of my devices (3 tablets, 3 phones), and with all of my power adapters, and it exhibits the same behavior on each. The USB port and audio jack work, but the power flashes on and off. Without the adapter, the power works fine, with the adapter, it's unusable. The first one didn't work for power at all, the replacement isn't usable, for power. Since I needed an adapter that allowed me to power my device, while using wired headphones and a usb device, all at the same time (I'm a composer), it fails to meet my needs, unfortunately. I appreciate the seller sending a replacement, but as the replacement failed (albeit in a different manner than the original), I can't give more than 3 stars.*****I have several dongles that allow a combination of power and USB, or power and wired audio, but none that can do all 3. That's why I ordered this. Unfortunately, while this can provide wired audio, and USB, the power port doesn't work. I tried it in all of my devices with and without audio and USB, to no avail. After I'd thoroughly tested on all of my devices, I tried wiggling it a bit while connected... it starts powering, then stops. There's definitely something wrong with the device I received. 😥

It’s works flawlessly with my iPad! I can charge my device, listen to music through my headphones, and transfer files all at the same time and the audio quality through the 3.5mm jack is excellent. It’s compact, well-built, and has made my iPad experience so much better.

I use the USB to connect Midi devices. it worked for a while and then randomly stopped working entirely. I thought it was my Mac that was the issue and ended up paying 180 pounds for a repair on the circuits. even after this repair, the connector still doesn't work and no USB connections are detected by the system. Do not even bother. spend a little extra money and buy a reliable hub by a reliable company like ANKER.

Leider scheint mit dem DAC was nicht zu stimmen - Audio wird fehlerhaft übertragen, Störgeräusche und/oder nur bestimmte Frequenzen. Getestet auf Android Google Pixel 7 Pro mit diversen Apps und lokalen Dateien. Schade, ich fand das Design und die theoretische Funktionalität eigentlich ziemlich gut.
