I only use it in the car with the USB plug it charges slowly this way in my Chevy Bolt.I have not used it with the outlet plug.It does the job for what I need and I'm happy with it.

I do hope that you are very patient because you will need to be for this is a very slow charger! Takes way too long to charge. Amazon once again fails in the delivery. It took longer than what was originally stated. Amazon, I know you should be able to do better

Bought this to use at work to avoid having to run & swap out scanners when the battery was low. Works great, easy to plug up. If there is a case on the scanner, it must be removed to use this.
