Ordered this for my silhouette thinking my plug wasn’t working.. after I got it I plugged it in right away & it did the same thing as the old one... after messing with my silhouette I realized I needed to update the firmware & I did. Guess what! It works perfect!!! I would of never realized that until I received the new plug!

now I don't have to look around for that special cable for my silhouette (that I didn't mark. marked these right out of the box so I know that they're for silhouette! saved my life at xmas when I had tons to cut and no cable that would work. these came quickly and I was cutting up a storm so I could finish up decorating my presents.
