This is a light duty USB-C to Mini-USB cable. Here's the breakdown:Pros:- Cable works well with my TI calculator as well as other Mini-USB peripherals.- It's nice to not have to carry a USB-C to USB-A adapter anymore. USB-A is disappearing fast on new computers and it's great that this kind of cable exists for interoperability with older devices.Cons:- None. I will update this review if this changes.Other considerations:- This is a light duty cable, which when cared for will probably serve the use of the average adult. I wouldn't recommend giving this cable to a teen for everyday use as it would probably not last.I hope this review helps you make an informed purchasing decision!

It is so hard to find USB-C to Mini-USB adaptors! As the Mini-USB is not so used anymore, you will find USB-A to Mini-USB adaptors more often, but new computers are coming with USB-C ports only, so this cable adaptor is great to connect to your old devices. Not only the Texas Instruments calculator, but like me, I am also using on my handheld GPS device.
