Traveled with it over the holidays and it's incredibly comfortable with just the right level of softness. Was able to roll, kneel on it, and get it in/out of case easily enough. The ear hole is the perfect size and as a small person, it's wonderful being able to pick the distance from shoulder to ear by rotating the pillow. Now I can get rid of that hard donut piercing pillow!!!

I love it it's very useful for when you're a piercing addict and a both-sides side sleeper. I got my tragus done and this way I can still sleep on that side. This goes without saying but put a pillowcase over it and just push it down at the ear hole.

I am very picky about pillows, and although this memory foam is a little more firm than I like, I think it is necessary for the structure and to keep your ear off the bed beneath you. This pillow allowed me to sleep comfortably with 2 brand new ear piercings when nothing else was working.

This pillow came vacuum sealed, so I was afraid it would be too thin. I'm glad to say it popped up quite a bit after taking it out of the packaging. The hole in the middle is big enough that my ear fit in it with no pressure on any part of the ear, so my piercings felt great! Bonus, it's satin for those of us with curly hair, so it doesn't mess up my curls while sleeping either! It's a great option for side sleepers who like to get their ears pierced!

recently got helix piercing. This pillow cutout was perfect to use so as not to sleep directly on the ear as it heals.

Update:GREAT customer service! Had a package at my door step with a new cotton cover for the pillow, along with a hand written letter! They apologized and even offered to send another satin cover. I have never had customer service like this before with anything I’ve ever bought, truly impressed and appreciative!One of the few pillows that has a hole large enough that I feel like my ear won’t hit the pillow if I move around in my sleep, and it’s not smack in the center of the pillow. But, after one night of sleeping on it, it’s already coming apart. Hoping to get my money back, because it shouldn’t be breaking at the seams already…

The ear opening on this pillow is a great size to protect helix piercings. The memory foam is pretty firm, and after 2 nights was not very comfortable for my face.

Got my ear pierced, tried to sleep on one side and couldn't my ear of course got infected and this was a life saver. Very comfortable and easy to keep your ear over the hole.
