This sleek design is built to fit the Race Utility Jug's original cap with a 3/4" NPT thread with no adjustments needed. Our 14" flexible spout enables easy pouring at any angle to the tank without spills and can withstand temperatures down to -40°. The Aluminum parts are lifetime warrantied, however the hose is not. Plastic can be affected by UV Rays We warranty the hose for up to 6 months after your order is placed. If you experience any issues during that time, please reach out and we'll get you taken care of! If it's after 6 months, you may purchase a PIECE OF HOSE here and select the option that works best for you. The Universal Flex Nozzle is a rapid device to be used on containers with capacities greater than or equal to four gallons.

The hose I purchased cracked within the first year of use. While the material doesn’t kink due to the spiral inside, the rubber surrounding it hardens, cracks, and eventually falls apart. I commented on a post sharing my feedback, and instead of addressing my concerns, they responded by blocking me. If the company had truly made improvements and cared about customer satisfaction, they would have sent me a replacement at no charge, rather than offering a discount code to buy more of the same faulty product. As someone who has run a business for 17 years, I know the importance of treating customers right. If this is how they continue to operate, their business is bound to fail.
