Installation was as expected, be careful not to over tighten the plastic fittings as they can breakThe hot and cold handles turn easily and fully in 90 degrees. My wife loves it because she uses her elbows and keeps her hands cleanerWorks well great value

Its completely made from plastic. Honestly its fine for my basement laundry sink but would not be a good fit for a heavy use area.

I just spent an hour installing this in my laundry room sink. I am very handy, having installed countless faucets, toilets, ceiling fans, etc. in various houses I've owned over the years. So I am not an amateur. Because of the bend in the faucet, the hose/wand assembly gets stuck. The instructions tell you to attach the weight to the sprayer hose, and turn on the water, before attaching the pull out sprayer. Trouble is, with the weight attached, the sprayer hose disappears and gets stuck down inside the main faucet. I would highly recommend that you consider any of the numerous other options on Amazon or your local big box store, before wasting an hour of your life (like me) only realize this is a defective product.

After 6 months of service in the utility sink, the button on the top to switch the water from flow to sprat is sticking a little and the rubber top cover is loosening up but over all it is working fine.
