Got this to help secure a large umbrella to our deck without having to use the large base that came with it. Was the only one I could find large enough. Definitely heavy duty enough for the job. I thought there would be 2 of them since it said 2 pieces. The 2 pieces are the u-bolt and the bag with the nuts in it. Could have been clearer, especially considering the price. Still works great. 1 star off for the 2 piece thing.

These u bolts fit right around the 6รขโฌย rigid Conduit (6-5/8รขโฌย OD) perfectly. 6-3/4รขโฌย ID just as described. Strong and beefy.

2" ID x 3/8" Thickness x 4-1/4 L" U-bolt with 4 matching nuts. No excess burring, ends cut on a small taper to allow easier fitting of nuts. It fits a 1-1/2" OD pipe or rod best.I did not check the distinction and needed another part, but I'm keeping this one since I'll probably need it later for another project.73

U bolts showed up but no nuts in the package...even says with nuts on the label.
