The product came in a box and it was shrink wrapped which was disappointing because it had no firmness and not enough filling to expand the ball shape. The texture was not as soft as it appeared in picture. I purchased for my room as an addition to my other very well made pillow ball. The contract was visible and did not fit with the look of the other pillows. I gifted it to a little girl for her room.

Very soft and bouncy ball shaped cushion. My youngest son loves it, to play around living room :-)
