Tapered Roller Bearings
- Tapered roller bearings are separable into a cone assembly and a cup.
- They are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads.
- Use for high-load, moderate-speed applications that include automotive axle systems and conveyor systems.
(The non-separable cone assembly consists of the inner ring, the rollers, and a cage that retains & evenly spaces the rollers. The cup is simply the outer ring.)

Separable
The inner ring with roller and cage assembly (cone) can be mounted separately from the outer ring (cup).

I bought these because the price was a third of what others cost. I was told that this was Chinese garbage. Well they’ve been perfect for nearly a year installed in a high load wheel. And the original bearing that failed was USA made.
