Came as a pack of 20 replacement fuses for my digital multi-meter. Was hard to come by. Had to do a lot of searching on the internet. The manufacturer of my meter couldn't even tell me the right replacement fuse. These are the exact fuses and I can use all functions on my meter again. Didn't expect 20 fuses for such a cheap price. Won't need to buy fuses for this model digital multi-meter for quite a long time.

they were shorter than 38mm and did not work in our application because of that.

Exactly as advertised. Took a while to show up but hey it takes time for a container to cross the Pacific.
