They do what they are supposed to, simpler and cheaper than most other ways of measuring temps. Had to swap the voltage and ground from what I expected, since I was getting backwards readings (heat and cold swapped) but that's no big deal since it was just a matter of switching the polarity.

This is a comparison between the SHT31 and this thermistor. While the comparison may be unfair because the SHT31 is about $15.00 Dollars each, while this thermistor is about 0.25 cents each.Anyway, if you want to fool around with this thermistor, you are welcome to do so. For a generic thermostat indicator, it works, but if you need a little more stability, or control an air conditioner, etc., you will be better with the SHT31 or something else.I attached a picture that shows both sensors in the same room, hooked to the same controller. The blue line is the SHT31 temperature, the white line is the SHT31 humidity line, the orange line is the thermistor temperature line, look how saggy the line is, that line is all over.
