I have a 1990's toy powered by a 1.5 volt battery powered motor. The toy wasn't working because one of the nylon gears had cracked. I searched for replacement gears based on the dimensions and tooth count of the original gear but couldn't find a match, or descriptions of parts were incomplete. I contacted several manufacturers found online but nobody had a matching part. This part on Amazon had too vague a description to know if it would work but it looked right and I was desperate so I ordered it. It turned out to be an exact replacement for the original. For your reference, the dimensions are roughly 0.25" overall diameter, depth of 3/16", shaft OD of roughly 5/64", and the tooth count is 10.

Just what I needed to repair my expensive Animated Animations device. Price is the same or better than the "other" sources with a long wait (and not returnable).

Didn’t order the right part my fault. These gears are much smaller than they look in the picture, but the sizing is clearly marked on the advertisement.

I don't know what this should have been used on, but I used it to fix a Steamboat Willy moving picture. It worked perfectly.
