The device says "3du5c" on the side of it. Overall, the quality is great, packaging was secure and protective, and shipping was fast.

These are not photodiodes! They are phototransistors! These are the 3DU5C units. They are NPN phototransistors with collector and emitter leads, but they don't have a base lead. They work fine as phototransistors. I built a photodiode circuit and got noting. I put them on my multimeter for diode check and got nothing. I searched for the 3DU5C data sheet and discovered they were actually phototransistors. Built a phototransistor circuit and they work perfect.
