I have purchased other items from Uxcell, and they are all very good especially for the price. However, this one does not fully live up to expectations, nor the description. The axel shaft on which the pulley rollers rotate is not stainless steel (or if it is then a very low class of stainless steel). I test all "stainless steel" items with a magnet. Other than some very mild magnetic attraction, there should be none. Unlike the rest of the pulley which is very apparently stainless steel as it was not attracted by a magnet, the axel shaft/spindle is very magnetic. I am using it anyway as I need to test my project now, but will have to replace it as it is not likely going to stand-up to the salt water environment very long.

Purchased for putting up and taking down my angled pole which my flag hangs from.During heavy winds it was too high to reach and remove the pole...so, I engineered a rooe and pully system..something I should patent!
