I have some X10 home automation controls that communicate over a powerline modem. The electrical noise from other things (I don't know what) was interfering enough to keep them from working reliably. I moved them behind this filter, and they worked again.

Installed a standard AC plug and receptacle on this to filter touch lamps from activating with strong radio frequency signals. Allows me to use ham radios without turning on touch lamps when I transmit. Just easier than trying to modify touch lamps.

Ho risolto con questo filtro un problema di lunga data: un disturbo, ronzio, sul suono che passavada un PC a un altro attraverso la rete 220V di un monitor. Col filtro sull'alimentazione di quel monitor il ronzio è sparito. Si tratta infatti di disturbi dovuti magari a un piccolo difetto di alimentazione che fanno passare il ronzio del 50Hz. Con un filtro di questo genere, economicissimo, penbso si risolvano parecchi di questi disturbi provenienti dagli alimentatori.
