Information
Reamers are with one or more cutter teeth. Holes can be with exact size and shape after the reamers' processing. Finished product can be smooth, intact and more beautiful.
Reamers can be used to process holes in small cuts based on guiding function, such as: holes with diameter tolerance in ≤IT8; holes with requirements in surface roughness (≤Rz12 generally); holes with requirements in roundness tolerance; holes with requirements in cylindricity; stepped holes (different diameter holes on the same axis); series holes (diameter holes on the same axis) with requirements in high coaxality.

High-speed Steel Tool
High-speed steel tools are with combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Suitable for most general purpose applications.
Straight Flute
Straight flute tools allow chips to collect in the flutes and can make shallow cuts in most applications. For reaming cylindrical shape holes.
No Coatings
Designed with the base substrate without any additional coatings, good for wide ranges of applications.

I gave this 5 stars to show my appreciation for the level of quality on this tool. To be clear, it's not a heirloom tool by any stretch, and I knew that going in however, I needed a lower price which is exactly what I got. I figured the quality would reflect on that but I am pleasantly surprised. A perfect addition to a backup set of tooling for dirty projects.

This reamer makes a clean hole of .375". Its sharp and true works great on my lathe. I would have been nice if it was 5" long but for the price its a good tool.

The collet end is under sized so you can't chuck it in an R8 collet.

This 5/8 inch reamer worked well on the mounting holes for a UHMW chain tensioner block I fabricated.

Use this to true up some plasma cut holes in 1/8" aluminum. I cut out some aluminum shapes on a cnc plasma cutter and needed some registration holes for the next more precision operation. I cut 1/2" diameter holes on the plasma cutter which came out mostly accurate but a little rough. Using this reamer in a drill press trued up the holes and I was then able to index the part to then drill smaller more accurate holes. Very satisfied with this purchase, I found this tool to work well and be a good value.

Used it to ream some holes in steel, did a good job. Was able to take off more material than I expected, but hole size accurate.

Absolute junk, dont waste your money. The quality of the reamer is bad in general and it wobbles in the chuck. The hole size is way out of spec so the reamer is completely useless.
