The weight was not cleaned before packaging. There was dirt/residue all over and it needed to be cleaned. After cleaning, I submitted it for calibration through the State of Alaska Metrology Lab.The weight does not include density information, so there is some uncertainty of the true weight in vacuum; however, conventional mass (what you use on a scale) is unaffected and my weight is within tolerance of OIML F1 at 20.000 168 g.A great value for a home-use precision calibration weight.Edit: I asked the seller and they reported the density is "about 7.8 g/cm³".

This product is a standard that is excellent for the Smartweigh GEM50 milligram scale. I'm a machinist, the machining and finishing that went into these standards is excellent. Bought 2, one was marked .03mg one .02mg. Want ISO?
