The clamping lever works fine, but the finish doesn't look like the photo. The photo finish shows a nice smooth polished surface. In reality, the handle is chrome plated and there are casting seams and defects visible through the plating.

Replaced stripped handle on my wood lathe tool holder. This one is beefier and nicer looking with the chromed finish. Easy to tighten and not much pressure needed. Would definitely buy again. Be sure to look ar your tool manual if available to get exact metric size, pitch angle and stem length as there are different choices and only the correct one will fit.

Item appears to be strong and nicely finished.I give it "ZERO" stars because the THREAD LENGTH is 25mm NOT 30mm as described.Thread was TOO SHORT for my use. I will return it.

I received this and checked the fit to my harbor freight lathe, it was a perfect match to the cheap ones that came on the lathes banjo so I ordered 2 more to replace all of the others before the original ones strip out.

Fits the harbor freight wood lathe ...better then the original equipment...I'd recommend
