Not just for 3D printers, these PTFE tubes are perfect liners for bicycle cables that run inside frames (like Klein bikes) and for protecting exposed cables. Used in this way, they made a notable improvement in shifting on my older MTB by reducing friction. For bikes with exposed and/or internally routed cables, this size is perfect.

Gotnthis for my 3D filament printer and it makes it so much easier to see the filament go in and any strands or fragments left in the tube when removing and replacing filament. Filament feeds easire with less friction and my original 2mm ID blue tube.

The tubing is described as bendable and shown as such in product pictures. The tubing is not bendable and kinks extremely easy, making it unusable for advertised application.Would look elsewhere if you are needing a more flexible tubing, especially for 3D printing.

Packaged poorly. 1 of 2 packages arrived kinked. Therefore, it doesn't work for intended purposes like feed tubes for 3D printers. However, the tube quality otherwise seems fine.

For use with reverse bowden on 3d printer and could not easily pull filament through the tube. Old stuff works fine. I expected there to be less friction.

This works very well for a 3D printers feed tube supplying a direct drive print head. The large 3mm id of this tube prevents the 1.75mm filament from binding during the feed process. Binding in the feed tube can introduce inconsistent extrusions. The OD is the same as most other tubing so your existing connections work. The material is very transparent which is great to see the filament currently being fed. Packaging isn’t the best and I removed one star because out of the 2 I ordered, 1 came creased in a few locations.I would not use this for a remote drive setup because it could introduce binding with the extra room, for remote drive use a 2mm ID tube.

I used this tube as a reverse bowden, to feed filament into my hotend on my corexy printer. I used about 3.5ft of the tube. It always felt a bit 'dry' and had a lot of friction when filament was in it. Multiple times I had my BMG clicking and discovered there was so much friction in the tube that it couldn't pull it through.Went back to a Capricorn PTFE tube and had no issues.

Arrived kinked, tolerance varies quite a bit.
