There are two copper gears be fixed on the end of the sleeve to ensure that the rudder work smoothly and stably.

Haven't installed it yet but everything is there. My application is probably completely different then anyone else as mine will be used to steer a homemade r/c duck decoy. Hopefully it fits and works as planned.
