Needed a cart to organize the wire used in our shop. Was able to fit 28 spools of various sizes. Had to straighten out some bent corners that were damaged in shipping; not impressed by packaging done. Easy to assemble. Instructions were only pictures but could be understood once studied. Best suited for light to medium duty use.

Not engineered well. It comes with two devices that are like wrenches, but you will need ratcheting 8mm and 10mm wrenches plus 8mm and 10mm box end wrenches to hold the nuts. Oh, and have a hammer ready to adjust the brake formed sheet metal body. It's not worth the $129 I spent on this. Do yourself a favor. Spend a little more money for a lot more quality.
