There is a couple videos on this very unit (“search for cooling system vacuum fillerâ€-might be under a different name but still made by China using the same parts). The videos should help you decide if this is a fit for your needs. As a professional use tool, I will say, buy the $90.+ unit, which has a way to tighten and seal the system hands free, has an extra shut off valve so you can draw out the air in the suction tubing and seal off the other draw line. (You don’t want to turn the wrong valve sucking fluid out the exhaust hose..?)So, for light use as was intended for my needs, it was a fantastic tool for the low price of less than half of the one mentioned above. First use was on a Ford Edge w/3.5l v6 notorious for leaving air pocket and overheating if not remedied!Worked as intended!A couple caviets I found are you will need to replace the male air coupler to the common type used in America (usually Milton M-style s727W). If you work with air, you probably have an extra fitting already ?!Second, it only comes with 2-piece rubber cone adapter that you either hold it down or figure out a way to tie it down (bungee cords work if you can access a way to wrap around?)Why bring it up? If you break the vacuum seal, you start over making your (small) air compressor work harder trying to get past 20inhg vacuum (takes several minutes to get it past 20inhg & you want to get to atleast 22+, shut off all valves & wait 5min to observe any loss of vacuum which should not happen! Also, you need to confirm if the rubber cone will work on your vehicle set up, if not, can you make a work around with what you have lying around? So I recommend this tool for most DIY’ers. RH-Tx

Nothing much to say, it's one of the cheapest options however the quality is sufficient for home use. I purchased it as I had doubts in 2 of my cars and this costs way less than taking it to a mechanic to find a loose or damage hose. Good for once in a while use. I saw other models that the reviews mentioned problems with Chevy radiators however this one worked fine in a Colorado 2012, no leaks only needed to select the right fitting and tight it with the included wrench.

Love this product for the price. I work full-time as a mechanic, so I use this product at least three times a week. Since buying it a few weeks ago, I have had it work on Volvos, Buicks, Chevys, Fords, and various other vehicles. The only vehicle I had issue with was an old Buick car, but I believe it was not working due to the o-ring moving. You will not find a set that works this well and has this much versatility for this price elsewhere.

It did not work. And since the item itself has air leaks, it's not worth the time to return it. You will have to fight with it to get it to work. Not even worth the fight with Amazon to return.

This kit is fine short of the instructions. Like many companies in China their instructions are in pigeon English, so you have to decipher what things mean. There are several YouTube videos out there for similar products, so watch them. They all seem the same. Also this kit Is for more than just my auto radiator system, it can be used with other tanks.

Helps get air out of the system. I wouldn’t say it’s a cure all. It has made filling systems quite easier. I have used it on 4 different types of cars. The universal fitting works, but a more direct one would be better(and cost more) overall satisfied.
