This slip is perfect for girls who love fancy dresses but hate the feel of petticoats and tulle against their skin. It’s very soft, the top has stretch, the straps and lace and well-sewn and the seam wasn’t “annoying†(if it doesn’t bother MY kid, yours will be FINE), it’s true to size, and it still looks brand new after multiple washes. My daughter loved it so much we bought several more so we always have a clean one ready to go— she even wore it as a “fancy†nightgown once. It’s also thoughtfully made too: it’s never shown above a neckline and the length has never peeked out from under a dress either. We own four now and the sizing/quality is consistent too— I don’t think you’ll find better for this price!Why do I sound like a salesperson? Look, I bought like four other slips before this and they were all terrible— they varied from cheap-feeling and scratchy to completely see-through with unraveling seams to oddly cut— one even had this awful smell I was NOT convinced was coming out in the wash. Just buy this one so you don’t have to return a bunch of awful ones like I did.

My daughter needed something for under a dress that had white sides. She absolutely loves wearing it! The silky bottom allows for easy movement under the dress without sticking to leggings/stocking underneath, while the cotton top helps to keep it in place.

It’s really nice but I probably should have bought true to size, I sized up and now the skirt is too long. Very nice quality and my daughter loves it.
