My old travel trailer had a very tight fitting from its repaired sewage drain collar to the exit out the bumper the drain is hidden behind. When I put in the repair, it added about 1 inch to the length, which meant my bendable drain hose would rub and get cut by the bumper over time and use. This fit in and barely clears everything, additionally adding a clear view so i can tell when things are done draining out and the flush water runs clear. This is useful enough that I've ordered a second just in case the first ever breaks, I want the second one on deck. It seems solid enough, I doubt it'll break from regular use, but I've seen folks drop and break tabs off plastic parts so the backup seems worth it since without it I cannot dump my holding tanks.

If you own a RV then you are fully aware of the "Black" tank and related items to use when it is time to empty... right? I personally carry a (oddly enough) black plastic container that is used to hold all of the RV sewer handling equipment. Besides the Rhinoflex hose couplings, bayonet fittings and 4 in 1 adapter, I actually carry three of these clear adapters in straight (with flush connection), 45 degree and 90 degree. Since my straight adapter has the garden hose and valve connection, I always use it and if I need to use one of the angle adapters, I just connect it to the straight one. I guess I have never looked to see if there are ABS 45 or 90 adapters out there with the bayonet style connections, since I already use one clear device. My wife and I are now in our 5th year as Full-Timers, so we have certainly seen our share of campgrounds, State, Federal, Corps of Engineer Parks and RV Resorts. As RV'ers know, there is no standardization of utility hookups and you generally have to re-engineer the sewer hose connection at almost every setup site. (This is especially true if you happen to be "Mooch Docking" in the driveway of one of your relatives..ha ha). Having a variety of adapters will assist when you have to either angle left or right to get from coach connection to sewer port. I personally like the clear adapters so I can verify flow and when rinsing the tanks, it come in handy to know just how well you have flushed. I spent over 30 years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and a good portion of that in Waste Water Treatment. Yes, I have spent many many hours gazing at "product" flowing through pipes and sight glasses, so maybe this is just my way of reliving years gone by.I use a lot of Camco products along with Valterra during our travels. When it comes to these type adapters, my opinion is that the Valterra ones are the best and if I recall correctly are actually a little cheaper to boot.

This is one of those products where I thought, "why didn't I do this before?" This adaptor fits perfectly, is easy to install, and functions exactly as I expected. Access to the drain on my RV is not that difficult to start with, as my RV has higher than average ground clearance. Those with lower ground clearance will probably like the improved access even more. The 90 degree elbow can be positioned horizontally or directly downward, depending on your need. The adaptor fits cleanly and precisely on the existing drain output and a standard drain hose fits just as smoothly. I'm very pleased with the product.

Tight fit, clear plastic so can see when black tank is clearly flushed out. I bought it to connect to my common black and grey tank motorhome dump output connection, so the 90-degree adapter could point downward thru the RV access hole to connect directly to my external sewer hose. It works, but barely reaches down thru the access hole in the RV making it hard to connect to sewer hose. Another inch or 2 in length on the output side of the adapter would make it much more convenient to connect too. Note: Do NOT put an end cap on the output end of the adapter if you leave it hooked up to your RV. Pressure can build up while traveling and if any leakage from your black or grey lines...well, it will blow out and up into your face. Not fun.

These things are a must for your RV to make sure you are getting that black tank clean. My RV has a built in flush unit so I use this version. I believe they also sell the same unit with a backslash connection. They also sell a straight unit if that works better for you.I have used this unit for about 15 years with no issues, but I recently made a mistake and broke an ear off, so I'm buying a new one. Really should have a spare.

This thing is a must have if you want to make sure your black tank is perfectly clear every time! Plus it creates a little vortex that helps to suck everything out efficiently. Absolutely the best piece of black tank gear I’ve ever purchased!

Buena calidad, ajuste y medida. lo único es que tardo mucho en llegar por ser un producto proveniente de Estados Unidos, pero el producto es muy bueno.

Works great. Fits all hose connections for rv. Cheaper ones don’t usually fit great. This one does.
