I purchased this stinky slinky 2 months ago. I also purchased the drip cap set, the 10' and 5' foot matching extensions to go with it. These are very well made hoses for the money you spend and by far Amazon had the best price on them with the consideration of having a Prime membership so you can get them in 2 days, free shipping. Ordering these anywhere else without some sort of special shipping deal is cost prohibitive due to their size, you might as well buy them locally w/sales tax otherwise. The hoses and fittings are made exceptionally well. Not a single drip or leak of effluance has eminated from any connection point to date. We use them all the time, they keep the job of poo wrangling a happy one. You can take this hose due to it's construction type, and bend it into certain positions and it will hold them. If you've ever been in a situation where you've had to make your hose go up and over a curb or the dump port it set way to high off the ground, it'll all work out now, and stay put. No more rocks, boards, or having to hold the slinky in place while you make that massive dump. I also have one of these collapsible slinky support stands that stretches out 15' and sometimes a normal stinky slinky would billow up on it, causing sags and twists in the hose. This is no longer an issue with these Dominator hoses. You make make it hump up to dump and it's going to stay put!I think it's important to note that, while these hoses don't proclaim to be the fancy anti-crush, smooth wall gimmick interior types you see, I've never had an issue with making sure they are clean after use. I've never had to try and point a hose down them, risking splash back in your face just to try and get that last nugget or piece of corn to flush down before storing it. Also, get these to store them with. They not only seal the slinky air tight, but they keep the slinky completely compressed because they are air tight, and make storing the hoses a breeze.Anyone who's owned an RV should know that you never camp with your black water tank valve open, you must keep it closed, to build up your load to dump. It's that wooshing pressure of all that gallonage that keeps your RV poo water system happy. You should always then proceed that massive dump with the onset of a grey water flusher to clean out your hose. Without a very good set of RV sewer hoses to deal with that on a regular basis, you could end up a real mess on your hands. Spend the extra $$'s and get a really good hose set from the beginning. You'll end up spending it anyway, when you buy multiple standard duty type hoses and fittings to cope with just making everything work, they always leak and are a general pain to store.
Wow, 2 plus years and these hoses are all still in excellent condition. Mind you we don't use them in any sort of a long-term arrangement. Moving them around, storing and unpacking has its wear and tear points which is where all the cheap hoses generally broke down faster to the failure point. I suppose long-term usage could leave them exposed to the elements longer and present a different type of wear, which may be why ours still look like the day I bought them. They see between 60 to 90 days of usage on average annually.
Nothing outlasts the Dominator... It keeps going and going and going... Ok I think you get the idea. :) These have far surpassed my expectations at this point from a product longevity standpoint. We have more recently increased their usage to where our work travel sometimes affords us the ability to travel to places and stay at a locale (mostly the DC area) for a month at a time, including during the winter months. I estimate over the past 12 months these hoses saw a collective 6.5 months of use, 5 months were for a month at a time, and the other times were shorter 'vacation' trips. Not a single issue, still leak free and looking really good for their age!

My new travel trailer takes this 15ft hose, plus a 5ft hose and a 10ft hose using a Wye. I have 2 grey tanks and 1 black tank. Most newer travel trailers have three hose connections. This worked great for me.

I had for a few years the Camco RhinoFLEX 15' Sewer Hose Kit with Swivel Fitting (Automotive)I found all the components of the set to be very sturdy and I like having the translucent elbow. I've had set up for quite some time and it held up well. However, although I tried to be very conscientious about screwing the fittings onto the hose, I had several catastrophic failures! In the immortal words of Forrest Gump, that's all I'm going to say about that right now. Even though the ends of the fittings rotate where they connect to the outlets, the hose occasionally worked itself loose somehow, requiring more vigilance than I like to engage in with poop containing pipes. Also, after a couple years of use the Camco fittings themselves began to leak. I understand that you can get new O-rings for them to remedy this, but I decided to let it go and try this Valterra brand instead. I selected the "Dominator" type, based solely on the aspect of the fittings being permanently connected to the hose. Not only is this true but if they ever decided to come loose, which doesn't look likely, you could clearly see where that was happening and not be 'surprised'. It has similar rigid construction as the rhino flex hose, but is slightly stiffer and seems slightly more heavy duty. In use, it holds its shape a little better which I find an advantage.I miss having the clear elbow, but of course a fitting of that sort could be added.I recommend the 'Dominator' wholeheartedly, and if my review prevents just one unfortunate "mudslide", my work is done.

This is a great sewer hose! Really durable and tough! I like that it collapses for easy storage.

I can't believe I have gone through so many of those other sewer lines that claim to be heavy duty, flexible, and long lasting. This one is easy to use, heavy duty and I feel it really will last longer than 6 months. Don't buy the others for big bucks, this one is as good or better and extends further than the others I have had.

I've owned several brands of lace hoses for my motorhome and these are the best by far. They are more durable than other brands, and far less likely to leak. An excellent product.

Other that it’ll make a dent in it from running over it with a full waste tank or your feet, it’s good. That doesn’t damage it either like the cheap ones that are usually done after that. It’s great long length is good for emptying your trailers black and grey tanks into the camp sites dumping stations. It’s not quite as good as a rhino brand one but almost.
