It Seems to be sturdy for my use. It's good for someone light use. I would not recommend it for someone who builds heads for a living. however for the backyard mechanic its fine . the valve lapping sticks I never could get the to stick to my valves . just spin them with a cordless drill . this kit also has smaller cups that would be great for small engine springs .

This 10mm valve adjustment tool has really made my car maintenance tasks much easier and more efficient. The integrated design combines multiple functions into one compact tool, which is a real time-saver. I’ve always struggled with valve adjustments in my Honda, but this tool makes the process smooth and precise. The built-in profile helps guide the screwdriver blade perfectly, ensuring the adjustment is spot on every time. It’s compatible with a wide range of Japanese automobile engines, including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, which is a huge plus. The 8-inch side handle provides great leverage, especially when loosening those tight jam nuts. Whether you’re a professional mechanic or a DIY enthusiast, this tool is both practical and durable. I appreciate how lightweight and easy to store it is too, making it a handy addition to my toolbox.Overall, this tool has improved my valve adjustment process significantly, providing accuracy and making it easier to get the job done. If you work on Japanese vehicles or just need a reliable valve adjustment tool, this one’s definitely worth considering.

works fine for removing keepers. I can't seem to get it to work for reinstalling. lapping handles work fine.

I like that this too makes a valve adjustment easier. I've done a hundred valve adjustments using a separate wrench and screwdriver but this eliminates some of the steps by kerping the jam nut socket right where you need it. The socket is cut away on one side so you can see the position of the ajustment screw and the tip of your screwdriver. Depending on whether you are right or left handed, you can install the leverage handle on either side to accomodate your preference toward which side you want to have your "jam nut" hand, and which side you want to look on to see the adjustment screw. Great tool. Only made for a 10mm jam nut though so wont work on older cars with 12mm or 13mm jam nuts.

These work great once you get used to them. I used to use a similar design wrench when I worked in a VW shop. it was a 13mm Hazet brand and it worked pretty much the same way on air cooled Bug and Bus motors. Back then I used to adjust a set of valves at least once a day and that tool made it much easier and faster. I wish I could get this in 13mm or they'd make one that you could just put sockets on because the one I used in the VW shop belonged to my boss.

The tools work great to remove and reinstall the valves. However, the suction cups don’t work well when trying to lap the valves. But it’s a good tool set for the price.

Anyone that's ever set valve lash on an engine with manual set adjusters knows how much of a pain it is to hold the screwdriver, feeler gauge and wrench at the same time to be able to tighten down the locking nut without accidently spinning the adjuster and overtightening it. This tool makes life so much easier. it makes it way easier to hold the adjuster in place while tightening the locking nut. It's definitely worth having in the tool box if you do the maintenance on your own cars, or even if you do it professionally.
